Ok, maybe my box is not Montessori at all: it is not made of wood, and it doesn’t go in the simplicity/one self-guided task principle that Montessori toys apply… Nonetheless, it offers lots of opportunities for training fine motor skills, cause and effect association, manipulation…
And it might keep being interesting for an older kid, providing a way to see how color combination works (there is an RGB LED with individual switches to control the Red, Green and Blue individual parts) and a miliamperimeter that shows the box’s electricity consumption in real time – and it looks like the console of a Space Ship!

Can't wait to make one of these! Thanks for the ideas 😊
I WANT THIS SOOOOO BADDDD!😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️
I like that it’s something to pass tame to and learning!
What do you call the small board that you connected all of the wires to? It looks like a breadboard but has 2 rows and you soldered to it. I have not been able to find anything like that.
I think I’ve seen one of these things on HBOs Chernobyl lol but honestly I would pay to buy this! It’s brilliant! And also very educational. My nephew loves playing with all sorts of switches! He even plays with the vacuum buttons lol nice work!
Great work i am a mechanic nd my daughter truns 1 two months ago… Yah sad she could not celebrate her 1st birthday coz of lockdown due the stupid coronavirus… Bt never the less its time to make one for her too… 😊😊😊
I was just looking for a video on how to make a board that has some buttons and switches to it as a fidget.
Hi. I clicked on the Amazon link for a fully assembled box and the link isn't working. Where can I purchase one of these?
this was amazing, and so heart warming, well done 😀
This is actually incredible! WHY didn’t I pay for attention in electronics class!!!

I’m a first time mom and you are so impressive! Kudos👋
You are a wonderful father! thanks for share!
Would love a tutorial on how to do this.
I can follow along, but I have no idea how electricity electric things work, really…
Is the whole box run in series? It's been 10+ years since I've got involved with electronics but I want to give this ago
Great! Subbed 🙂

Nice work!! I'm so impressed with the design. This is perfect for my little boy.

Way cool! Is your daughter still playing with it 14 months later?
I wish I could buy this for my toddler! He would love it!!!
Awwww he’s teaching her baby to send nukes.
I love this! But it is WAAAAYYYY above my pay grade 🙂
Where would i find a box like that?
